Shower Knock is a single-purpose haptic shower timer for Apple Watch. Pick a shower, start it, and a soft knock lands on your wrist at the interval you set — so you stay aware of time without ever looking at the clock.
Showers are where time disappears. You go in for five minutes and come out twenty minutes later. Shower Knock gives you a quiet, periodic tap on the wrist — just enough to bring time back into the room without breaking the calm.
No interval training, no custom activities, no clutter. It times your shower. That's it.
Start it on the Watch, drop your wrist, get on with the shower. The haptic keeps firing even with the screen dark.
No sound, no notification, no banner. The knock is the notification — felt, not heard.
Shower Knock ships with three predefined shower types. You can adjust each one's duration and knock interval, but you can't add new ones — that's the point. Less choosing, more showering.
Open any shower on the iPhone app to change its duration (up to one hour) and how often the knock fires. One tap to reset back to the default. Your changes sync to the Watch automatically.
Pick a shower bubble, watch the 3-2-1 countdown, then drop your wrist. The haptic keeps firing in the background — you can swipe to a controls page if you need to pause or end early, but you almost never will.
Works with the screen off. No phone needed during the shower. The Watch can run completely standalone.
No accounts. No sign-in. No analytics. We don't know how many showers you've taken, how long they were, or whether you opened the app today.
Your settings, history, and free-trial count sync between your iPhone and Watch through your own private iCloud — never through us. Purchases are processed by Apple and tracked anonymously by RevenueCat using a randomly generated ID.
